Bored with the gym?
If the thought of standing in front of a mirror for yet another set of arm curls has you reaching for a rusty razor blade, (metaphorically at least), Josh Annesley’s Total Conditioning Workout could be just the cure for what ails ya.
If you don’t have the exact equipment described, improvise.  The idea is to utilise your body in the three dimensional way nature intended, and the specific equipment exploited for the purposes of pushing, pulling, jumping and running against resistance doesn’t matter.  Get creative, it’s half the fun.
