Blueberry Coconut Crumble

Recipe brought to you by The Merry Maker Sisters

(free of grains, gluten, refined sugars and low in natural sugars + carbs)




serves: 6

prep time: 10 minutes

bake time: 25 minutes


You need:

500g fresh or frozen (thawed) blueberries.

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut.

1 cup desiccated unsweetened coconut.

½ cup flaked almonds.

¼ cup ghee,melted (or coconut oil for dairy free option).

2 tbs. Natvia.

1 tbs. cinnamon.



Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.

Place the blueberries evenly in a baking dish and sprinkle with 1 tbs. of Natvia.

In a bowl combine the shredded + desiccated coconut, flaked almonds, cinnamon and 1 tbs. Natvia. Stir well.

Add the melted ghee to the dry ingredients and mix until crumbly.

Sprinkle the crumble mix evenly on top of the blueberries.

Place into the oven for 10 minutes. Cover with foil and cook for another 15 minutes.
